RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in store. Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are non-returnable.
  • Any items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are excluded from returns.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the items back.
  3. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be offered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is approved or rejected.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected due to ineligibility (used, worn, or past return window), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, final sale merchandise, clearance, and gift cards
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items with deodorant stains, odor (ex: perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.), or animal hair 
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Body Suits and Bralettes
  • Holiday Items
  • Accessories (Hats, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Bags, etc.)
